Many florists in the area were closed between Christmas and New Year. I do not live in the area, so I simply chose a florist who was open and could deliver on New Years Eve. I received a call to say because of the public holidays, stock was limited, and would a florists choice be alright. We ordered flowers from the US to be delivered to family in Australia. although I booked on an Australian website (.com.au) and the lovely flowers came from a local florist who delivered to a local hospital down the road, I was disappointed I was charged an international transaction fee. There was no indication this was going to happen at time of purchase.flowers were perfect and as pictured. My friend loved them

I will use direct2florist again because they made it easy to pick the flowers I wanted and easy to get them delivered on mother’s day. I have never ordered flowers on line before, but living in Melbourne and I wanted flowers for old friend in Cairns after loosing her mother. Emails came back straight away and said my order was received and I requested the next day for the flowers to be delivered and were delivered, I then got an email to say they were delivered and the person I was sending them said the are absolutely beautiful, I sure would use Direct2florist again and would recommend them to everyone in Cairns.Service was just fantastic, especially when one is in Melbourne and you want to get flowers for a friend in Cairns. The person who received the flowers said they are just beautiful, which brightened her day after loosing her mum. Originally we were neighbours in Melbourne many many years ago.
